Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to the JoinlyMeeting website, documentation and related support. The separate End User License Agreement governs the macOS software license.
1. Provider
JoinlyMeeting is provided by Graure Elena Carmen. Marketplace business information may identify GMI Electronice S.R.L. and legal representative Graure Mihai where required.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use JoinlyMeeting for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. By accessing the service or documentation, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Service description
JoinlyMeeting helps users open Zoom meetings, connect an authorized Zoom account, create and schedule meetings, view upcoming meetings, record locally and organize local notes. Features may vary by app version, macOS version, Zoom availability, account permissions and network conditions.
4. Accounts and third-party services
Joining with a link or meeting ID does not require connecting a Zoom account. Account features require authorization through Zoom. Zoom and Apple are independent third parties governed by their own agreements and policies. JoinlyMeeting does not control their availability or account decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use JoinlyMeeting lawfully and not to:
- interfere with the app, Zoom APIs or another user’s systems;
- circumvent access controls, rate limits or security measures;
- use the app to infringe privacy, copyright, intellectual-property or other rights;
- distribute malware or use the app for fraud, harassment or unlawful surveillance;
- misrepresent your identity or authorization to use a Zoom account.
6. Recording consent
You are responsible for determining whether recording is lawful and for giving every required notice and obtaining every required consent before capturing audio, video, screens or personal information. JoinlyMeeting does not determine whether consent is valid.
7. Intellectual property
JoinlyMeeting, its original interface, documentation and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Zoom and Apple names and marks belong to their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.
8. Updates and availability
The app, website or documentation may be updated to improve security, reliability or compliance. Features may be changed or discontinued. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.
9. Fees and marketplace purchases
If the app or optional functionality is offered for a fee, the price, taxes, billing, renewals and refund conditions shown by the applicable marketplace at purchase apply. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoinlyMeeting is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, lost profits or interruption arising from use of the service or a third-party platform. Mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
12. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, business users agree to defend and indemnify the provider against third-party claims resulting from their unlawful use, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using JoinlyMeeting at any time. The provider may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk or a material breach. To end use completely, disconnect Zoom, revoke JoinlyMeeting in Zoom, delete local files and remove the app.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting support. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes.
15. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and referenced policies are the agreement for website and support use and may be updated prospectively by publishing a revised version.
